What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. If you need to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance to arrange a special check-in. We’re flexible and happy to accommodate your travel schedule whenever possible.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policies are tailored individually based on each request. Feel free to contact us — we’ll find the solution that best suits your needs.
For bookings made directly through our website (and not upon request), the conditions shown during the booking process will apply.
Are pets allowed at Chalet Bethere?
Yes, we’re a pet-friendly chalet! We welcome well-behaved pets at no additional charge. Please inform us about your furry friend when booking so we can provide pet amenities. We ask that pets are kept supervised and that any damage is reported immediately.
Is parking available?
Yes, we provide private parking on the road near the chalet. While the parking is not directly in front of the apartments, it’s conveniently located within walking distance. Parking is complimentary for all guests and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Are kitchens fully equipped?
Yes, all our apartments feature fully equipped kitchens with refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and dining essentials. Perfect for preparing meals with local ingredients from the valley’s markets and shops.
Is WiFi available and reliable?
Yes, high-speed WiFi is available throughout all apartments at no extra charge. We understand the importance of staying connected, whether for work or sharing your mountain memories with friends and family back home.
What's included in the apartment?
Each apartment includes bed linens, towels, basic toiletries, kitchen essentials, and access to all shared facilities like BBQ area, ski storage, and laundry room. We also provide tourist information and local recommendations to enhance your stay
Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
For guests staying at the Chalet Bethere, a car is recommended — shops, restaurants, and services are located about 10 minutes away by car in Pila.
For guests staying in the Pila apartment, everything is within easy walking distance. We’ll be happy to recommend our favorite local spots to make your stay even more enjoyable.
What activities are available in the area?
Aosta Valley offers year-round activities including skiing, hiking, mountain biking, castle visits, wine tasting, and scenic drives.
